Initiation Fee must accompany Membership Application which is subject to approval by the Membership Advisory Committee.
GOLF MEMBERSHIPS:
all golf memberships come with unlimited golf course priviledges, preferred tee times, unlimited play and no greens fee. There is a 5% discount for dues paid annually in advance.

Country Club Senior Golf
Senior memberships are available for those 60 years of age and over. Membership privileges are provided for member, spouse & unmarried children (under age 25). |

Country Club Intermediate Golf

Country Club Non-Resident Golf
Non-Resident memberships are available to those whose principal residence is outside a 30 mile radius of Houston Lake Country Club. Further, Non-Resident status is not available to anyone who occupies a residence within a 30 mile radius for more than 90 days per calendar year. All requests for a Non-Resident status are subject to approval by the Membership Advisory Committee, which reserves the right to obtain documentation of said residence. Membership privileges are provided for member, spouse & unmarried children (under age 25). |

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS:
social memberships include clubhouse, dining facilities and swimming pool priviledges.
Limited/Restricted use of Golf Course: Limit of 10 Rounds of Golf per year/per membership at discounted rates.
Discounted rates = Greens Fees of $10 Weekdays & $20 Weekends, plus member cart.
Five day advance tee time privilege (14 day privilege for Golf Member).
Participation in Club Championship & Member-Guest is subject to availability & Tournament Committee approval.
Subject to $750 upgrade fee to Golf Classification.

Country Club Social
Membership privileges are provided for member, spouse & unmarried children (under age 25). A Social member wishing to upgrade to a Golf Membership will pay an upgrade fee of $750.
